Return policy: all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds.

Payment options: credit/debit cards via Stripe. We do not accept Paypal, Cashapp or any other money transfer service.

Standard domestic shipping (Japan): $7 flat rate.

Standard International Shipping: $35 flat rate.

​

Free shipping on orders of $600 dollars or more.

All packages will be shipped via EMS Japan.

Shipping notifications will be emailed to listed email addresses right after shipping is completed.

We do not do holds or stylist pulls.

We do not do try on requests for merchandise, all size information will be provided in the description.
