With the re-edition of the iconic Murakami x LV collection, came a series of pop up stores and exhibits to commemorate the renewed partnership after almost 20 years!

The event included a temporary pop up store, gallery with some original products from the early 2000s and a cafe.

Let me just say accessing this event was an absolute pain and they didn't make it easy to attend.

I first tried going to the pop up store a week prior but the line was so LONG, I gave up and went home. The line was not even to get it but to get a number where they would call you when it was your turn to enter. I thought the whole thing was extra and they could have structured it differently.

The gallery was very easy to access though and was the most interesting part of the day. On display were vintage handbags and accessories from the original Murakami collaboration and the bright colored interior made for great photos!

Unfortunately, I could not visit the pop up cafe because they had run out of tickets for that day. Mind you, I got there at 10:45 and they open at 11 am. I think the while experience was a bit too "exclusive" for me, and I really don't enjoy things like that.

took this photo from the outside of the cafe. What a lucky shot to get the animation included in the photo!

However I was able to get some good photos, have a yaptastic lunch with my friend and the sun was shining, what else could I ask for?

This LV wallpaper was the perfect backdrop for a bomb photo!
